Experience : 1- 3 years

Education : BSc Science

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commecial documentation
  • Manage sales and service orders through ERP / SAP systems
  • Prepare, daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS nad analytical reports
  • Assist in SAP operations and quotation preparation

Skill Requirement

  • Good english communication
  • Strong anlaytics and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office(Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Good coordination and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
