Indic Inspirations (www.indicinspirations.com ) is a culture start up, based in Pune that narrates stories of India’s traditions, culture, heritage & achievements via Indic objects rendered through India’s arts & crafts and artisanal engineering.

The company is now expanding its retail base and coming up with its first airport store at the newly opened terminal located at Pune. The company has opportunities for Retail Sales Executive.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales to meet targets.

Role:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

3. Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

4. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

5. Knowledge of POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of sale system.

6. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counters as needed.

7. Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.

8. Handling of Shift Open/Close procedures.

9. Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions.

11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

4. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.

5. Basic math skills for handling transactions
