Job Description
NexGen Image Gears, an associate of Videolinks Group in Bangalore, is a pioneer in the photographic equipment industry, seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries and strive for customer satisfaction, being fluent in English and Hindi, with additional Indian languages preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Customer interaction and front office management, administrative tasks, reporting, team collaboration, customer relationship management, and sales support.
Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years in a customer-centric role, proficiency in CRM software, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in B2C industries preferred.
Compensation: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00/month, with performance bonuses. Full-time position.
