Job Description
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Female Candidates Only)
Sheetal Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be located near Netaji Subhash Place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Update customer records in CRM.
- Support sales with lead generation.
Requirements: 2 years in customer service or CRM, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00/month
