Job Description
Join DHL as a Collections Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate with the Branch Finance & Accounts Team to ensure timely generation and accurate dispatch of bills for our customers. Your responsibilities will include verifying billing accuracy, addressing queries with the Finance Teams, and ensuring timely collections from customers. You will also provide support to the sales team, ensuring they are adequately staffed and guided to execute their responsibilities effectively. Follow-ups on outstanding payments will be a crucial part of your duties.
