Job Description
ScopeHR Services is seeking a full-time Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the chairman and regularly liaise with board members.
Key responsibilities include preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, convening annual general meetings (AGMs), taking minutes, and providing legal, financial, and strategic advice.
The role involves managing dividends, contractual agreements, and liaising with external regulators. A strong understanding of organizational management processes is essential.
Pay is up to ₹750,00.00 per year with benefits such as health insurance and a performance bonus. Hindi and English proficiency is preferred.
