Job Description
Nature of Job: Inbound customer service.
Job Profile: Resolve queries regarding Vodafone & Idea Service Department.
Requirements:
- Graduate Fresher with excellent communication skills (Salary: ₹19,00 in-hand)
- HSC/Graduate + 6 months BPO experience (Salary: ₹19,00 in-hand)
- Linguists for Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi + 6 months experience (Salary: ₹17,00 to ₹21,00 in-hand)
- Malyalam, Bengali + 6 months experience (Salary: ₹23,00 in-hand)
Shift Timings:
- Girls: Day Rotational (7 am – 9 pm, any 9 hours)
- Boys: 24/7 Rotational shifts
Pay: ₹18,00 – ₹23,00 per month.
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
