Job Description
Park Avenue Hotels, a growing chain of business hotels located in Chennai, Bangalore, and Trichy, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Executive for our Chennai location. We are dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality to both business and leisure travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check guests in and out efficiently.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with departments for guest satisfaction.
- Process billing and address complaints promptly.
Requirements: 1-2 years of front office experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
