Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd as a Non-Voice Process Associate! In this role, you’ll follow up with customers, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional customer service via email and chat. We are looking for freshers aged up to 28 who can speak Hindi and preferably English, with a minimum qualification of 12th pass. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹9,663.45 – ₹35,790.78 per month
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Night Shifts available
