The Marketing Ops. & Insights Professional supports process implementation and research capabilities that support BT Group’s marketing strategy, delivering competitive intelligence, innovative research and segmentation as well as best in practice marketing tools, processes and technologies.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supports insights and operations initiatives that provide a strong foundation supporting BT Group’s global marketing efforts.

2. Supports generation of marketing and user data insights, audience-based profiling and persona user behavior leveraging data sets and third-party data providers for proposition and experience journey development.

3. Supports in the implementation of methodologies resulting in a standardised approach to marketing analytics.

4. Tracks reporting dashboards to provide real-time, actionable insights into marketing programs and campaigns enabling empowered decision making and opportunity development.

5. Executes primary research (quantitative and/or qualitative) to support client engagements and thought leadership initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.

6. Monitors measurable KPIs and metrics for all marketing investments to provide visibility into the effectiveness, efficiency and attribution associated with marketing efforts, and enabling greater return on investment.

7. Supports marketing vendor management efforts, inclusive of vendor selection, approvals, and contract management, ensuring robust controls are in place in alignment with group policies.

8. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within marketing ops and insights.
