Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency Pune. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the kitchen, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on maximizing guest satisfaction while managing the kitchen as an independent profit center.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant, preferably within luxury international brands. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards is essential.
