Job Description
Join our team at STAR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS as a Voice Process representative! In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Your responsibilities will include providing accurate product information, maintaining communication scripts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for recording customer interactions, updating CRM data, and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
We offer full-time, part-time, permanent, and fresher positions. The pay ranges from ₹16,700.00 to ₹24,300.00 per month. Experience of 1 year is preferred, but not required. This job requires in-person work.
