Job Description
Join the Johnson Controls team as a Monitoring Operator II! In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring real-time systems, processes, and equipment through various screens, dashboards, and alarms. You will detect and identify operational issues, malfunctions, or irregularities and take corrective actions as necessary.
Additionally, you will report and escalate any abnormal situations or emergencies to the appropriate departments or supervisors. Accurate record-keeping is essential, as you will document events, actions taken, and maintenance logs for future reference. Coordinating with team members and supervisors will be vital to ensure seamless operations.
