Job Description
We are Teerth Developers and Teerth Realties JV, located in Baner, Pune, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and has experience working with architects or reputed builders in the real estate industry.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with PMC & PMRDA sanctions, coordinating with consultants, managing project documentation, and maintaining accurate project records. Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management tools are essential.
Salary: ₹50,00 – ₹70,00 per month. This is a full-time position, and candidates will work in person.
