Job Description
WissenPro is seeking an Associate Forecasting to join our team. This role involves acting as the main Point of Contact for forecasting and budget planning, updating forecasts with actual data, and suggesting improvements based on trend analysis.
Key skills include proficiency in mathematical and statistical modeling (R-studio, Python), machine learning model development, and a solid understanding of contact center metrics. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required, along with 0.6-2 years of core forecasting experience.
