Job Description
Job Summary: As the Project Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying real estate opportunities for the expansion of new pre-schools, secondary schools, and kitchen facilities across Mumbai. This role requires collaboration with builders, brokers, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify real-estate opportunities across Mumbai for school expansion.
- Engage in market networking to discover early opportunities.
- Develop comparison sheets for potential sites.
Qualifications: Graduation in Business Administration preferred. Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel are essential.
Salary: Up to ₹800,00.00 per year with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
