Job Description
Creative Proptech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Tallying approved plans in the sales brochure provided by the builder.
- Collecting details of blacklisted properties on-site.
- Preparing valuation reports.
- Valuating assets such as residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Verifying technical documents and external reports from agencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month

Requirements
