Job Description
Raychem RPG is seeking a Mechanical Design Officer with a B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Transformer Design. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of dry and oil-filled transformers up to 20MVA/33kV and 50MVA/132kV. Responsibilities include preparing electrical designs, supporting the sales team in order booking, and understanding both national and international standards related to transformers. Knowledge of special transformers, reverse engineering, and strong communication skills are essential. The candidate should also be well-versed in ISO processes and ensure departmental KPIs.
