Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams. This role entails conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning materials, and evaluating training outcomes.
Your responsibilities include onboarding new salespeople, designing training curricula, producing educational content, and reporting on the impact of training programs. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales staff to identify challenges and recommend strategies for improved productivity.
Contract type: Contractual / Temporary (12 months)
Pay: ₹50,00.00 – ₹75,00.00 per month
