Job Description
Solenis is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This exempt position falls under Grade 16 and is eligible for our Sales Incentive Program (SIP). The primary role includes expanding market penetration in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry, identifying new customers, and growing the business while reinforcing the Solenis brand.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, collaborating with the commercial team, selling new applications, and maintaining an accurate sales funnel. Achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth targets is essential.
