Job Description
Johnson Controls is looking for a meticulous EUC Operations Analyst to become a key member of our End User Technology team. The selected candidate will oversee and support end-user computing environments, ensuring efficient IT service delivery throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide advanced technical support for both hardware and software challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve EUC strategies and overall performance.
- Implement and maintain security measures for all end-user devices.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in EUC support.
