Job Description
JOYRTS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Com/B.Sc/B.A/B.B.A or an equivalent) and possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility of remote work. Candidates must showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹25,00 to ₹35,00 per month.
Job Schedule: Night shift and US shift.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palghat, Kerala.
