Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Associate — Controls to support robust operational controls and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Monitor and maintain control frameworks; perform reconciliations and investigate exceptions.
- Document procedures, execute control testing, and coordinate with compliance, trading, and client teams.
- Communicate clearly and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications: 1–3 years in operations or controls, strong attention to detail, proficient Excel skills, experience with control testing, and effective communication.
