Job Description
We are seeking a Conference Center Associate to ensure the smooth execution of meetings, conferences, and events. Duties include greeting clients, arranging and preparing rooms, operating basic audiovisual equipment, supporting event logistics, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with vendors and staff. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer-service skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift moderate weights. Hospitality or event-support experience and familiarity with AV systems are preferred. The position requires flexibility with hours, punctuality, and a commitment to safety. This fast-paced, team-oriented role offers on-the-job training and competitive hourly pay.
