Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty administration processes.
- Review customer service history data.
- Diagnose and resolve various issues.
- Address customer complaints effectively and ensure swift resolutions.
- Monitor daily service inflow and job card creation.
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and special service campaigns at the dealership.
