Job Description
Location: Bahadurpalli
JVW Technologies is excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to apply for the position of International Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from international customers, effectively addressing and resolving their queries through voice communication.
Strong English communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service are critical for success in this position. Candidates should be prepared to work rotational night shifts, five days a week, with two rotating days off.
Eligibility requirements include a minimum of six months of experience in an International BPO or voice processing. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. The salary ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
