Job Description
As an Operations and Logistics Executive, you will be integral to the smooth execution of our operations with a primary focus on logistics. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, coordinating, and monitoring transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels at all operational points.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms for logistics and operations.
- Optimize transportation networks for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
- Ensure warehouse efficiency and safety compliance, overseeing daily operations.
- Monitor quality control and risk management practices within logistics and operations.
- Mentor team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or operations management role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and operations systems.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
