Job Description

Kent Constructions is actively looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years in the industry to join our team in Kochi. This full-time, permanent position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive cost estimates, developing tender documents, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00, accompanied by benefits such as meals, health insurance, and a provident fund.
