Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Executive to effectively recover payments from customers regarding various financial schemes, including Recurring Deposits (RD), Fixed Deposits (FD), and loans. The role involves visiting customers, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates should possess basic communication skills, demonstrate integrity, and ensure timely collections while fostering positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect daily and monthly payments and loan repayments.
- Maintain thorough records and prepare regular reports.
- Reduce outstanding dues while ensuring prompt collections.
- Assist with branch operations and enhance customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: SSLC / Plus Two or higher.
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Must be willing to travel locally.
Compensation: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
