Job Description
KG Cinemas is seeking a dedicated Duty Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Hotel Industry. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, enhance cinema operation processes, and efficiently manage patron complaint resolutions. Additionally, the Duty Officer will be responsible for training and mentoring front-end staff according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Key requirements include proficiency in MS Office, strong leadership and team-building skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month, and food will be provided. The role requires in-person attendance.
