Job Description
Kingstone Infrabuild Private Limited is in search of a motivated and confident Telecaller to become a vital part of our dynamic real estate team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, sharing information on current and upcoming property projects, generating leads, and facilitating site visit coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Provide detailed information on real estate projects, pricing, and associated benefits.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads accordingly.
- Coordinate scheduling of site visits and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.
Job Type: Full-time, Entry Level
Compensation: ₹12,543.70 – ₹18,542.21 per month
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
