Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is thrilled to announce a job opportunity for the position of Credit Card Collections Specialist. This role is centered around the management of our online payment application, Mobicule, across India.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Activating and deactivating 1,400 Field Operations Staff (FOS) and 1,200 employees nationwide.
- Providing documentation and training support for users throughout the country.
- Effectively addressing queries and managing complaints.
- Monitoring system downtimes and ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Collaborating with the Business Support Group (BSG) to resolve any technical issues related to the payment application.
