Position Overview: This position is dedicated to delivering timely and accurate reports to Campaign Managers on a weekly, daily, fortnightly, and monthly basis. This role is essential for enhancing our digital banking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee campaigns within the Interact channel.
- Implement process improvements and conduct quality checks.
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in forecasting tools such as SAS, POWER BI, Python, and Excel.
