Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Housing Finance Sales Representative, where you will oversee the sales and distribution of home loans offered by leading developers in your area. Your key responsibilities will include expanding our Direct Sales Team, regularly updating lead statuses, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
In this role, you will engage with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), showcase our home loan products, and strive to meet disbursal targets while ensuring a seamless loan application process. Candidates should have prior experience in Home Loan Sales, particularly within the Developer channel.
