Your key duties will include promoting non-deposit products, achieving cross-selling targets, and marketing mutual funds and insurance products. Additionally, you will generate fee income, oversee branch administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost team productivity and morale. Ultimately, you will be accountable for maintaining the branch’s break-even point and managing its profit and loss.
