Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a committed Customer Service Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in managing daily trade transactions, comprehending client needs, and liaising with various business units to ensure efficient and accurate transaction execution.
Your responsibilities will also include addressing client inquiries related to Trade Finance and CMS operations, issuing Letters of Credit, and performing initial document assessments to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Qualified candidates should possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree and have a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in Trade Finance and CMS products.
