Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated RCU FRM Team Member to enhance our mobile banking and net banking fraud prevention efforts. Your role will involve real-time monitoring of transactions, utilizing fraud detection tools effectively, and confirming transactions with cardholders to minimize financial losses.
Responsibilities include preparing various Management Information Systems (MIS), acting on emails from branches, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a graduate degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS-Office, specifically Excel.
