Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Gold Loan Relationship Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sourcing channels to generate leads for gold loans. Your ability to engage in business planning and foster partnerships with dealers, Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and brokers will be critical. You will work closely with branch channels to drive gold loan sales and ensure business profitability. Your responsibilities will also include implementing sales promotional activities aligned with bank policies to enhance sales volume and value. Additionally, you will engage in retail activities to boost brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.
