Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) is actively looking for a committed Real Estate Valuation Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing real estate securities, auditing external vendor valuation reports, and assessing credit risks within the bank’s real estate portfolio.
We seek professionals who hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, accompanied by 10 to 15 years of extensive experience in real estate valuations. A solid understanding of valuation methodologies, regulatory requirements, and technical due diligence is crucial for this role.
