Job Description

Your key duties will involve driving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by providing exceptional service recovery and promoting a culture of zero defects across multiple customer channels. The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 8 years of experience in customer service, a robust understanding of consumer banking products, and outstanding analytical and communication skills.
