Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail NR Acquisition Specialists. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing a premier NR liability portfolio and fulfilling our funding objectives.

Requirements:

• Proficient communication skills in English are mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in the banking sector is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Current employment in a sales role is desirable; however, recent graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the NR business portfolio.
• Lead a team consisting of Relationship Managers, Acquisition Managers, and Service Officers.
• Achieve monthly enrollment goals while addressing NR client service needs.
