Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the CFO Center in the Commercial Operations department at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will handle day-to-day trade transactions, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and delivering timely execution of services to corporate clients.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with various business groups, resolving discrepancies with transaction processing, and issuing letters of credit. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or post-graduate degree and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in Trade Finance and CMS products.
