Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Officer for our Branch Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash management, addressing customer needs related to cash transactions, demand drafts, and cheque deposits. You will also maintain accuracy in transactional processes and identify additional business opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile: You should be meticulous, well-groomed, and possess excellent communication skills. A desire to learn financial terminology and comfort in handling cash are essential. Computer proficiency is required.
Qualifications: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
