Kotak Mahindra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Banking Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for cash management and overseeing cash and non-cash transactional activities. You will address customer inquiries regarding cash, demand drafts, cheque deposits, and general information, ensuring transaction speed and accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be meticulous, well-groomed, and possess excellent communication skills. A basic understanding of financial terminology and comfort in handling cash is essential.
