Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Digital Fraud Risk Control & Support Specialist. This role requires in-depth knowledge of branch banking processes and digital banking trends, particularly related to fraud. You will be responsible for analyzing and addressing digital fraud cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaising with various departments and external partners to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A keen eye for details and the ability to anticipate risks are essential.
