We are seeking a skilled Halwai to produce traditional and modern Indian sweets and pastries with consistent taste and attractive presentation. The Halwai will prepare recipes, manage sugar and dairy safely, portion products, conduct quality control, and maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Required: confectionery experience, knowledge of ingredients and cooking temperatures, and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: food safety certification, good teamwork, and punctuality.
- Conditions: early shifts and prolonged standing; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
