Key Purpose: The Service Advisor serves as a crucial connection between customers and KVR Automotive Pvt Ltd. This role involves understanding customer requirements for vehicle repairs and ensuring effective communication with the workshop team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers upon arrival.
- Prepare and review repair orders.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their service.
- Collaborate with workshop personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile Engineering is preferred.
