Job Description
KVR TATA is on the lookout for a dedicated Back Office In Charge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle inventories, maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems, overseeing billing documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing vehicle records and coordinating stock movements.
- Updating the customer database and assisting sales teams with inquiries.
- Preparing invoices and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Supporting audits and monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Submitting regular reports to management and addressing any discrepancies.
