Job Description
We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to cultivate and strengthen community relationships and to design and execute cross-channel engagement campaigns that drive member retention. The role includes CRM segmentation, collaborative content development with cross-functional teams, performance monitoring and analysis, timely response to member inquiries, and KPI reporting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community or customer engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with social platforms and analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and collaborative attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
