Job Description
We seek a target-driven Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to promote uPVC and aluminum windows and doors. Responsibilities include lead generation through field visits and calls, meeting architects, builders, and contractors, preparing quotations, taking site measurements, coordinating with technical teams, maintaining the customer database, and supporting exhibitions.
Requirements: strong communication and presentation skills, basic sales and negotiation ability, willingness to work in the field, basic computer literacy, and a self-motivated attitude. Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role.
Compensation: starting at ₹20,00/month plus incentives, with training and benefits provided.
